We value you and it’s important that you’re pleased with your purchase with us. If you find a lower total price anywhere else for an item on our site, we would love the opportunity to match it. We try to keep our prices as low as possible across our entire product range, but we might not always be the cheapest.

We promise that we will provide you with the best customer experience possible. Here are some of the ways:

• We stock all of our products (except large items like water tanks). If the products are in stock, they'll usually be shipped out within 24 hours.

• We have one of the easiest returns policies you'll find.

So don't just buy from someone you don't know - give us a chance to match prices, and consider the advantages of shopping with us.

There may be some occasions where we can't match the price as there are many factors to consider (for example we may be unable to receive stock, or the competing price might be a one-off liquidation sale), but no matter what, we'll get right back to you and let you know.
